Waxing
A form of hair removal where warm wax is applied to the skin, a cotton strip is placed over top, and then ripped away to remove unwanted hair from anywhere on the body. Ideal hair length for waxing is approx ¾ - 1 inch long. 

Threading
With threading, a thin thread is doubled, then twisted. It is then rolled over areas of unwanted hair, plucking the hair at the follicle level. Threading is normally done on facial hair only. It offers greater precision and accuracy over waxing because the esthetician has the ability to focus in on single lines of hair, which they are not able to do with waxing. Most people come back for threading every 2-4 weeks.
