DIRECT BILLING

All of our Massage Therapist are registered, we are happy to provide direct billing services to most major insurance providers.

We ask that you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early prior to your first massage appointment to allow yourself time to complete the paperwork necessary for direct billing. You can also click on the "Forms" tab at the top of the page if you would like to print off the paperwork and fill it out before you come.

​If you are a repeat client, please make sure to tell us if you have any changes to your insurance coverage.
